Hi, I would like to ask any sellers from Malaysia encounter this issue when try to transfer fund from Paypal to any malaysia bank account?

I received email from Paypal and the content showed " Copyright © 1999 - 2019 PayPal. All rights reserved. Consumer advisory - PayPal Pte. Ltd. is regulated as an e-money issuer by Bank Negara Malaysia. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully."

I sincerely appreciate if anyone of you can advice me on this issue.
