Contact CS (Customer Support), explain the case and thy may help you and remove the review. Unfortunately, you also had lower reviews in the past (1 star, 2.3, another 3.7, another 2.3, another 2.3, few more bad ones…), all complaining about poor quality of service or poor communication.
