You obviously didn’t read fiver TOS (which you by the way ticked and agreed to and confirmed that you read them and understood when you registered on fiverr)

It’s clearly stated there that you can have only one account and al others will be banned.

Why do you need separate accounts for each services? Use one profile; you can 20 gigs(maximum) for separate services.
