An important question about cancellations

If a buyer ordered a gig and after few hours he want to cancel with the reason " Changed his mind "

I didn’t even start to work on it , Will it affect my seller account if I agree to this ?

Yes, it will affect your account (Order Completion Rate).

You may contact CS and request CS to cancel the order without affecting your account since you are not at fault here. Not sure if they can do this but it is worth trying.
