Can someone tell me? or even better show me where I can learn about the amount of money Paypal takes from us, with which to give us access to our money?

1. What fee’s do Paypal charge?
   
2. How can I find out the exchange rate they use to transfer from USD to GBP?

I don’t know exactly for UK, but Paypal charges me around 2 Euro/$ per withdrawal.
