Perhaps it depends upon the nature of the text, but I agree, generally google translations are awful if one is intending to sound like a native in the target language. This is especially true of texts rich in figurative language.

Try to use gigs with “revision”, for example i am offering unlimited revisions, i think people who work manually always provide this option
