Is fiverr for individual freelancers or for small companies?

Hello fiverr community hope you all are doing good. I was hanging around on fiverr to see whether this platform is for individual freelancers or for the companies ??

I have see some of the companies who are getting reviews and then getting orders is it fair enough to make a corporate account on fiverr can we do this ?
