If any buyer direct order me without any text how can I manage please kindly share with me your experience

Make sure to set up your gig requirements so that you have the best chance of the buyer telling you everything you need to do the job, see here, Step 4: https://sellers.fiverr.com/en/article/creating-a-gig.

You can make requirements mandatory, that means the gig/clock won’t start until the buyer fulfills the requirement (send a file, answer a multiple choice question, …).

If you’re new, it’s a good idea to read the other articles in the Seller Help Center as well. You’ll learn most if not all the things you might need to know now or at some point.
