Fiverr Learn and Skill Test Feature?

As we all know Fiverr recently rolled out 2 New Features “Learn” and “Skill Test”

I want to know does Enrolling for Learn and Taking Tests improve your Rankings in Search. It says on Learn that it does improve your rankings but i need to know if someone actually experienced it. Does your sales get affected by Enrolling in Learn Programs and Taking Tests.

Also if you take a test does it allow you to publish the results on your profile or it automatically gets published for the public?
