All my things have to be completed for Level one Seller but my orders completion is 94% Can i become a Level one Seller?

If you have successfully met all the requirements for level 1, you will be promoted to level 1 on the next evaluation day, so long as you are able to maintain those stats until then.

You will be able to become a level 1 seller ONLY if ALL the 8 requirements have been met. If not, you will not get it.
