Impress your buyer by avoid telling sir/mam

I am seller on fiverr since 2016. In these 2 years i have achived some experiance about buyes. First time i had used “sir” with them and i notice they are feeling uncomfotable with this word. But sometime i got some buyers and they always take me as a friend and after viewing their attitute, I have started takeing my clients as a friend and the result is most of the client stay with me, like me and come to me if they have job for me.
