My Response Time

I was not on fiver for a few weeks and was unable to reply to a message this has badly affected my response time. I am new on fiver and am unable to get any orders and i think one reason might be the response time. Can anybody help and guide me please?

If you are not getting messages, you cannot improve your response time.
