As stated in those emails, if you have questions, contact Customer Support.

Nobody on the forum can help you, or give you your account back. The second email you got states that your account is permanently disabled. That means you will not get it back.

As for your funds, this is your answer:

Any available sales balance remaining in your account after 90 days, will be available for withdrawal pending account verification and approval by our team.

There’s no guarantee that you will receive those funds, since you got them by breaking the rules.
