Stock Image Download Not working, no customer support as well

I have selected an stock image from Fiverr but the download link is not working. I have raised the issue with customer support as well but waiting from last 5 days to get the solutions no appropriate response yet. What to do?

Hello! ive run into the same problem for a second time. I contacted the support but they still cannot solve the problem. Probably they are still working on it. Hope they`ll have resolution soon
