gofitmantra67 Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 i am sure that you have read many ways for reducing the stress. but according to me meditation is the only way which can help to reduce your stress.it is a practise which can distract the unproductive thoughts and diverting the mind for doing positive things.it is the way to keep your body and mind healthy.
