Problem in Bank transfer

Perhaps you need to use the same email. I can’t be sure since I don’t use bank transfer. The instructions on the help page begin with the email, so if it doesn’t come you might need to check your spam and junk folders. if you try changing your email to the same one and you check your folders and it still doesn’t work, you probably need to ask Customer Support for help.
