Not Able to Contact support

I have a problem and need help from Fiverr support, but I’m unable to open a ticket on Fiverr.
I submit it, and tell me that it’s submitted, but in the requests page my request doesn’t appear visible…

Anyone notice it?
There is another way to contact support?

Try a different browser or support@fiverr.com if the former doesn’t work.

I had the same problem.
No worries, they have increased the service fees to improve their support. It will get better 😉
