What was that yellow popup box thingy?

Today when I woke up there were some new notifications on the dashboard so of course I clicked them, but before the inbox loaded, I caught a glimpse of a small yellow box in the middle of the dashboard that I didn’t notice before, it said “Your orders…” and that’s all I could read before the inbox opened. I’ve never seen this before. What was that about?
