Sometime I have to go far from my home then I usually use my fiverr app for communication with buyer. Can I use my fiverr app by public WiFi if sudden I have no internet data in my phone?

Yes, you can use it just like any other app. If you have no internet data in your phone - it will say connection unavailable and the app won’t work.
