Buyer Requests? Can you see them on Your Fiverr?

Just curious about the Buyer Requests link on Fiverr. Before I can still see buyers posting there but these past few months no one’s posting there anymore? Are you seeing the same thing? Or something wrong with my Fiverr account coz I can’t see the Buyer Requests anymore?
