About gig cover

I don’t know what is other sellers’ standard to choose an image for gig cover. For me, I choose my best drawings as gig cover but what should we do if buyer want their drawings as well as the gig cover when they only choose basic package. And then, they said that my service isn’t as description although I try to explain that the details of drawing depend on the packge they choose.
Does everybody face this case?
