shaunacardwell Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 my response rate dropped a few percent even though i replied to all new messages, so now its got me thinking do you need to reply to every single message even when the conversation has finished i know people say that you only need to reply to new messages to increase response rate then why is mine dropping? which also cause me to be demoted, i just dont know what is going on.
