I think that there’s not a huge market for this gig. Sure, people can ask you what it’s like to live in a certain country and have you do research for them. Or they could just google things on their own. Or, even better, ask a native of that country.

With the abundance of information on the internet right now, I don’t think it’s very marketable to suggest that you’ll give people a PDF full of information they could find on their own just as easily. I’d suggest only offering information on your home country rather than a generic research service. You have special insight into your own country (or countries) of residence that no one else has; offer that to people! 🙂
