If some one open account this month and complete 10 jobs with 5 star rating before january 15 and earn 200$, will he gets level 1 badge ??

I think you need to Complete at least 60 days as an active Seller on Fiverr

The ‘new’ requirements come in on 15th January.

Until then if you complete 10 orders, 30 days, good ratings etc. then there’s no need for $200 in earnings.
