Available Now is finally Now Available to me

It is terribly unfair to give this to a select few while denying it to others for no good reason.

I do not use it as it is still beta and there are several bugs. I always punished and cant use it due to bugs. For now it is useless.

It became first available to me immediately after I had fulfilled my first 5 gigs, and all the other requirements. Then, one day I didn’t reply to a message I received (at that time I didn’t even have it enabled as I was traveling for 2 days without internet connection), and that affected my satisfaction rate severely - it had dropped to 89 or 90%. I didn’t think it would take so long to better it - it’s currently at 96% (I have answered every message since, always delivered on time, didn’t have any cancelation), and yet the AVAILABLE NOW feature doesn’t become available again. Does any of you know how to faster improve the satisfaction rate or what it needs to be in order to suffice and qualify for that feature? Thanks a lot.
