Fiverr access capture

I have a folder 102 mb when it upload this folder and finished then I click delivery but every time it want to recapture
or few minute after when I reload this page it;s go to recapture

I am boring to do this can you help me please so that I skip this

1. deactivate all of your chrome extensions.
2. Clear cache & try again.
3. or upload your files to Dropbox and give the link to your client.

If you face this issue consistently you should contact the support.

That happens for your internet connection.
It has blacklisted by google for a few days
