Buying of many Themes

I am not a website designer but I have many projects to work on.

I which to buy some WP themes for my sites (16 sites) use only. I want themes good for general site building (IT firm site and so on), eCommerce sites, and Social Network websites/ membership management themes. I am looking for a place to buy many licences to build many sites. I will just give the themes to my builder when ever I want them to build site for me. Can you advice me?

1. What themes should I buy?
2. Where can I buy them
3. Other guidance?
