Refunds Should Go to Paypal

Hi. I bought a “six part” gig for $30. After three weeks of stalling the person cancelled the order. Then to top it off fiverr does not give me my money back…instead I get credit. I will use the credit but really I should get the money back. Not cool…C’mon fiverr!

Michelle, I have one question and I understand your concern about the refund, but are there any similar gigs to this one that the seller cancelled? Maybe that credit can just go to another seller that can offer you the same thing.

I have the same complaint. Except that I have tried up to six sellers and two projects and three weeks later I have passed the same money around to different contractors and all have been rejected; this only after the time for delivery occurs and without warning. So my projects are a month behind, Fiverr has my money and there’s not going to be any resolution until I find a contractor who not only communicates that he has accepted the job, but will fulfill it on time.
