Want to build up career in fiverr

Hi all,
I want to built up my career in fiverr ,What kind of rule should to be follow. now i am basically start in Photoshop but my want i have to learn all process of design. Editing photos are more comfortable to me , I want some suggestion , What should be do from basic platform .and how many gig are need ready for work.
I submit 97 buyer request but no response .
Can you tell me where my wrong .
