HELP! Buyer tries to FOOL me

Bought a gig, the gig is “I will write 1 Well Researched ARTICLE of 600 Words in 24 Hrs for $5”. The seller deliver a 2000+ word article but the entire article are copy and paste from other websites. Modification requested but no response from seller. Any advice?
