Really need some clarity with levels :(

Hey all! I have been struggling with this one for a while and think i have annoyed customer service lol. WHen I read all this info im still lost as to why i keep loding my levels. My reviews are amazing, I always deliver on time, I respond as quick as possible unless its night time and I physically  read messages. I did more sales this month than I ever have and still I my rating went down. I had 1 unfair cancellation lasyt year as a client  purchased a package for something I didnt even sell and I have been punished for it. I have asked customer service for a 1-2-1 for clarity buy got basically  told off by a supervior yesterday. I feel like my enquiries have suddenly stopped drastically and I dont know how to fix this... 😞
