Hello I want to know about very complicated issue can we use Payoneer card on fiverr more than one time ??? for example if someone’s fiverr account is closed and he starts new account and wants to connect same payoneer card is it possible???

You should not use that Payoneer card in new Fiverr account which was used in other Fiverr Account (which was already got banned). Anyway creating a new account after getting banned is not allowed, sooner or later it will also get banned. 😉
