Did you inform him beforehand that you would need his login?Although I have limited understanding of how these gigs work, he might think you were soliciting his personal information and cancelled the order based on that. It is possible they will open your account again but I’m not sure.Do NOT send them many messages or they will not reply and possibly give up on helping you.
