I am here for help regarding two orders.I & my client recently have started a project which is a research project & finding data from a directory & adding them in an excel sheet. So, initially we estimated that there might be around 15,000 data however after getting the whole work we got only around 4000 data. So the buyer asked me to adjust the price before delivering the work as the number of data was low. So is there any way to adjust the price while i am delivering? I mean the price of the project was $70 & now we want to adjust the price to $20. Is it possible?Another one is one of the buyer recently placed an order without any discussion. After i checked the order instruction i saw that the work was not worth $5. So i asked him if we can agree on $50. But he remain quite, no answer from his side although he was online. Finally after sending few messages i decided to send an custom offer of $45 to make the whole project $50. But still no reply from his side. Now the project is showing very late & Fiverr is indicating that the buyer can now cancel if he wants!!! I think if the buyer cancels the order it will effect my ranking although there is no fault from my side!!! What should i do in this circumstances?Any kind of help or suggestion will be much appreciated.Thank you.
thecreativeguys Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 In order to offer a “partial refund” you’ll have to create an additional order, have your client purchase that offer and cancel your current $70 order. Support will gladly help you out on this matter.Because your buyer is unresponsive, I’d suggest cancelling the order entirely.Best!
