Horrible Experience to back my 5* Feedback

My client was very happy with my service and gave 4.7 rating mistakenly. I opened a dispute and client tried to give 5* twice. But it not worked.

My client said:
" Sorry for that, I have no idea why it is doing that! If you can dispute the rating again I can try it once more?!? "

So what I can do now? Will it affect my rating?
