Seller did not deliver, no response from Fiverr

I made a purchase earlier in the week and the seller promised to deliver traffic to my website. The seller says the order is complete and delivered but my site stats show no indication. The ad promised exposure to over 500k professionals, but it does not appear to be a legitimate seller.

I’ve contacted support with no response. It was my first purchase. What do I do?
