Do anyone know, what is the current fiverr algorithm for fiverr search . Before my gig was in top of the search but now my gigs goes down.

Change your fiver gig and description. try to write keyword optimize description. Tag is important. Put your keyword in TAG. Same things happens with me but i change my description and Tag. after 48 ours my Gig on Top position.
