Order delivered but it's still on my dashboard

Hello,

I just delivered an order but the order is still on my dashboard and the files are not shown in the delivery.
The below image is shown when we make a delivery but all I see is the chat I had with my buyer.

Did anyone else had this problem?
Any solutions besides contacting Fiverr support?
