Use facebook’s PPC, exchange promotion with other group owners in your industry, run a sweepstakes that rewards people for sharing your content, use hashtags, an d most importantly make posts that people will want to share with others. Do not purchase thousands of facebook followers for $5, common sense says if it sounds too goog to be true it probably is.

Reply to @faith1029: No, exchange program refers to contacting owners of groups and pages that target your ideal consumers but do not compete with your offering and doing cross promotions with them.
