Need help in money withdrawal!

I’m in need of a little help
I created my fiverr account 5 months ago & in two months i earned more then $400 but the problem was i got a sudden emergency and withdraws $100!from payoneer …
That payoneer was also attached to my previous account & i was totally forgot about that & fiverr banned my account then i send a mail to support they told me to wait for 90 days and after 90 days again i contacted them & then they asked for some information and scan copies of government id
After i provided them the information they said the information does not match to the record …
Now what should i do now ?
