mythsbuster Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 What I can do when seller did not delivered gig at the expected time ?
goodworker123 Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Do nothing, they will receive negative comment “cancelled order. seller failed to deliver on time!”
magisworks Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Reply to @oldbittygrandma: Yup, I agree with oldbittygrandma. Especially if the seller has all excellent feedback on his gig page and suddenly yours is delivered late, there may perhaps be an emergency of some sort. Best to contact your seller, or if you can’t really wait contact support.
Guest tn5rr2012 Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 AS with buyers I feel the same goes for sellers, communicate, send them several messages (like she said an emergency may have come up) and wait for them to respond (my personal policy is 2 more messages after the initial transaction message) after 3 days no response, YOUR OUTTA HERE! Good luck
thefacebookgeek Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Communication is key here. First, contact your seller and ask what’s going on. Listen to what he/she has to say. If the reply is reasonable I’d say give him/her time. BUT, if no reply whatsoever, I’d say either cancel it or contact Customer Support for advice.

rodesigners Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Communication is definitely the answer, however , a seller must deliver in the mentioned time frame.
