Placed an order and it wont go to the next step

So, I placed an order for a new facebook banner/cover photo for my page. I paid for it through paypal, then it processed the order. After the order was processed, everything just stopped. My screen says:

“Please Wait, Processing
Hold tight while we create your order.
Next: Activate your account to get your seller started.”

And it just sits there. What do I do to fix this problem? I placed the order as a guest.

Check your paypal to see if the charge went through.
