My gig is not available on profile!

Hi I’m new on fiverr, couple of days ago I created an animation gig and it went to draft. It says “video processing”. Anyone who do animations I need your help. How long does it take to upload a gig?

Have you published it? Usually it only stays in drafts until it’s published, even while the video is processing.

Did you upload a video? If you did, it usually takes a while before that is approved. Not too sure about that, though.

Anyway, you can contact customer support here, to make your complaint.

By uploading a video for your gig, Fiverr editors will review it (labeled as processing) for approval. If there are any adjustments needed before it goes live, you will be emailed what needs to be fixed.

Correct. the gig needs to be published as the last phase of gig creation. The below sentence is quoted also from the above article in the link.

Note: For your Gig video to be reviewed for approval, it must be active. Paused Gigs do not appear in our view for review.

@offlinehelpers: I think he’s trying to create a new gig with a video. I can’t be so sure, though.

@khawar_shigri: I told you to contact support. Have you done that? I gave the link above, but you can also get it at the bottom of the Fiverr page.

I tried tapping publish many times and the menu dissappears and takes be back to my gig overview editing page, and it stays in draft
