Local Time Confusing why is it not correct?

Hi I have just purchased my 80th gig whoop!!! it is from a seller in the Netherlands and according to world time it should be 10:06AM but fiver is showing the persons local time as 20:06 (8:06pm) i am extremely confused as to which is right any ideas?

Two possibilities - either it’s a glitch, or they’re not really in The Netherlands, but somewhere much further south!

yeah i just looked it up and that time would put them in Australia - how odd

I am currently in France but for some reason the clock on my computer hasn’t switched over. I think I have to do it manually, but I also like seeing what time it is back home. I wonder if that is affecting my location and time. Haha
