I hosted my services on fiverr for 2 reasons; The payment security it offered to both sellers and buyers (despite the high fee on both seller and buyer) To reach different clients The new update has completely wiped my reach and it is hard to justify exclusively using its services. I used to direct clients to fiverr, but I am now starting to just handle the payment stuff myself, and only use fiverr if the client insists. Plus, I can offer cheaper prices since there is no hefty fee.

It is likely related to the horrible levels related update, but one thing I noticed is gigs with absolutely no rating (perhaps no orders) are able to appear before my gig which has over 300 orders and 5 star rating. How is this even a good practice that benefits fiverr? If having some stats as opposed to none just sabotages your reach, what's the point in accumulating reputation?? In the end, wouldn't it make more sense to just create new gig and disable old ones? How does that help anyone, including clients and fiverr?

Yeah I agree. I was demoted to level 0 after the update, with seemingly no valid reason for it other than maybe private reviews(?). The exposure and click rate plummeted and I haven't been able to get new orders in. I see people praising this update as being transparent, but I can't see how anything is affecting the score at all. Just getting told client satisfaction is low but only seeing 5 star reviews is just confusing.

I really don't understand how the "top areas contributing to gig score" thing works. Only one thing is listed there and it is Client satisfaction with negative impact. This is apparently making the gig score fall to 4. This meant I am now a level 0 seller despite being qualified for top rated seller on all other areas. I'd love to know how that score is being calculated because this makes little sense to me. I understand that private reviews are influencing this, but I have no way of knowing what to even improve upon and the visibility of my gig has dropped.
