  2. Yeah, i understand what you're trying to say but why would they first send me a payment proof that the payment has been transferred (Confirmation of Transfer) and then after 5 days they suddenly want all my info. Thanks for the reply tho.
  3. Hi, as you guys can read the title and already understood what i am about to say is very important and if this happened to me it would've happened to you guys or will happen in the future. I have recently withdrawn some money from my fiverr account (my first withdrawal btw) to my bank account via payoneer. The withdrawal was initiated on 31st of May and today is 6th of june as i am typing this. After like 5 minutes of withdrawal i received an email from payoneer saying that "You received a withdrawal of --- Amount". After like next 2 hours i received another email saying that "Your bank transfers is successful". I was like wow man that's really quick service and i was impressed with the service tbh. I am attaching the proof of payment that Payoneer sent me for your reference. On 3rd of June, i was a bit worried about my money as they were released by Payoneer on the same day and supposed to be in bank by Monday (3rd June). I tried contacting Payoneer and they gave me an Ai generated auto reply saying that "Money has been released from our side Please contact your Bank for Further information about your Funds". So, i called my bank and they said "There is no payment released from Payoneer". I tried contacting Payoneer again on 4th and 5th of june and they said "they are looking into and will update me further". Now as of today 6th of june i received an email of Payoneer requesting me of my personal data. Here is list of what they asking me to provide: 1. A copy of a valid government issued ID. 2. Detailed purpose of the payment. 3. An active link to your storefront/Website. 5. A copy of an invoice/work contract. 6. Any further relevant information that may help us understand your line of work. Please include any links, screenshots and/or examples that will show us the service(s) you offer. They said i should provide them with these requested information until then my fund is on hold. If i do not respond it will be returned to the original source i.e Fiverr. Like what the hell is this? First they sent me the proof of transfer that my funds are already deposited to my bank account and they will reached there in 3 business days and now after a week they are saying we haven't transferred them and your funds are with us and we kept in on hold and if you don not provide us with these documents we will send your money back. Make it make sense guys. I think these guys are fooling me tbh. I am fed up with their customer service and their lies. The company of this stature is doing that. That shocks me the most.

  6. Hi guys, one of my client who has already worked with me on three or four projects is not replying me from last 4-5 days and we have an active order going on. This order was placed through a custom offer and i requested requirements to continue with the order. She accepted the custom order but at the requirements option she typed "I'll send you the script in a bit". So, the delivery was started. After like first few hours i again requested for requirements. She said she needs more time and i should extend the delivery time by 5 days more. It was already 2 days and i added 5 days more. So,she had like a week to do her script etc. I went on with it. Now its been 5 days, she is not replying me anymore. I tried messaging her to demand the script like 3-4 times now with a gap of 1-2 days in between each message but she won't reply. She is online though. Should i wait or should i raise this matter to support. Help me out here. P.S. Sorry for any grammatical mistakes, i typed it in a hurry. Thanks!

  10. Hi, as you can tell by the Title that one of my client has placed an order like 14 hours ago and hasn't provided me the required requirements to continue with the order. The timer has not started yet! What will happen to this order ? Has anyone encountered this type of situation before and how to handle it? Thanks!

  13. Don't create a new account! Continue with the old one that you already have because if you create a new account you'll probably get hit with a TOS Violation of multiple accounts. Now the question is why you wanna create a new account if you already have one?

  17. No, you can't capitalize any letter in your gig title as it is a continued sentence that starts with "I will" and then you write your title as follows. *If you use capital letters it will automatically convert them to small letters.
