  1. My buyer asked me to Google Meet to understand a function and I had a meeting with him using it. But some of my friends say it's a TOS violation. Can there be any problem now or what can I do for it now?
  2. What can I do if the client wants more than the requirement which I do not provide even if I hire another freelancer that is more expensive than the order. The client is threatening me to cancel the order!

  4. I think fiverr should verify buyers as well as sellers. For example: payment verification, country verification or mobile verification. It will reduce fake buyers and reduce the harassment of sellers!
  5. I am a new seller on Fiverr and my account is three months old. I am on fiver full time except for 6 hours of sleep every day. I got about 30 messages in the last three months. But unfortunately most of the buyer messages were fake. Among them are 1) They send a message and I replied instantly but later they didn't get any response. 2) They message and reply second but leave again without any discussion. 3) They message and talk about the job but leave when I send the offer with their opinion & permission also 4) They come to collect funds for homeless people 5) They come to get tips about fiverr like how to get order on fiverr and how to improve their gig etc. (maybe they don't know about the forum!). Many of them message that they are from US, UK, AU or CA but when I check their PTS it doesn't show their real PTS but it shows wrong and this is confirm me the buyer was fake! Some say do the work first and I will order you later. I'm getting frustrated day by day! Even if the message doesn't come, I don't get upset. It seems that I'm not timing the fiver properly, so maybe the message doesn't come. But if such fake messages are coming then I am getting frustrated day by day. Note: I received messages from 30 people out of which I personally recommended 2 to come to Fiver. And they both buy my service one of them buy service regularly. Also, another person buy service from me but has now moved to other sellers. and one i get from fiverr gig. And more than 25 fake! This is reducing the impression & click of my gigs! And I'm getting frustrated. Does fiver have any option to take legal action against them?
  6. It is very shocking news! Today when I went to get some solution from the Community Club I didn't find the Club option and I was disappointed! But what is the Community Club going to replace? It is hard to say goodbye to the Community Club but we will always remember you. Our respected community leader, @Seven and @coder71 also respected moderator @kawsar_log and @engshimul You have helped us a lot through the Community Club.
  7. Some updates have been seen on the Fiverr forum. The biggest update ever the Community Club option has vanished. I think the Club option should come back again. Because Fiverr is constantly updated. And many sellers don't know about the new update. That's why a seller has to learn a lot. But Fiverr doesn't have a separate learning option for sellers. But through the Community Club fiverr sellers get the advantage where community leaders keep us learning and provide proper guidance for any problem. Another great advantage of the community forum was that any problem could be solved in the mother tongue which was a useful feature. Which is usually not available in fiverr support. But unfortunately those opportunities are not available in the new update of Fiverr Forum features. But I think the Community Club should be brought back again. At least for each country or language. But the new look of the forum is great!
  8. Is there any problem in the forum club options? Actually whenever I face any problem I use the forum club option for solutions in my mother tongue. But unfortunately today i have a problem and when i went to for a solution i don't found it is not there. Then I asked some of the sellers I know and they said that the club option of the forum has been closed. Which is very sad. I think the forum club option should be brought back again. #BangladeshCommunity

  11. I am a new seller. A few days ago a buyer messaged me and shared a problem with his website. So what he shared was a bit confusing so I do the work first without taking the order. I do exactly what he wanted. When he asks me to send the offer after the job is done, I send the offer. He blocks me without accepting the offer. In this case, there is a possibility of any damage to the account? If not, what is the reason for not getting any message after blocking the buyer?
