With my experience, I prefer Shopify ahead of its competitors. There are many reasons but if I have to say shortly I'd say the ease of managing store and User experience is very tailored to Niche businesses. And the speed is top-notch!

As advised, You can submit a ticket to support here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets By the way, in the past few days Etsy sellers have been getting "spam texts" which come in a way like it's from Etsy officials which you stated, " so-called customer who wanted to buy my t-shirts, the message included a link to supposedly validate my account with my bank card." These are new scammers, be aware of them! Searching on YouTube with the keyword "Etsy officials spam texts scam(or something similar)" you will find plenty of resources to learn from about the security of your shop.
