Hello

I am a buyer on fiverr, I ordered a setup service for my etsy store, the store already existed, with my payment methods entered,
two days after giving my credential to the fiverr service provider, I was spammed by a so-called customer who wanted to buy my t-shirts, the message included a link to supposedly validate my account with my bank card.

The Fiver service provider encouraged me to click on the link, which pointed to an address
containing etsy.fesyen.store and also etsy.azpro.store, of course it was phishing, my bank card is compromised, I requested the cancellation of the order, but since
the fiver service provider to delete his account, so I have no way of recovering my money (360E), can you tell me how to write to fiverr support to solve the problem.

Keep in mind, though, that it might take them some time to respond. They're receiving lots of tickets on a daily basis, and part of the staff might be unavailable due to the war.

By the way, in the past few days Etsy sellers have been getting "spam texts" which come in a way like it's from Etsy officials which you stated, " so-called customer who wanted to buy my t-shirts, the message included a link to supposedly validate my account with my bank card." These are new scammers, be aware of them! Searching on YouTube with the keyword "Etsy officials spam texts scam(or something similar)" you will find plenty of resources to learn from about the security of your shop. Fiverr is a very secure platform and avoids scam.
