Fiverr is just flat out a bad company. The only thing they have is a platform effect because they started early. The rest is just total trash. The Gig setup is as professional as the average seller. The software is full of bugs. The algos in the background are pure trash. You have no ability to promote on custom Keywords. The customer support is the worst a company can have. 20% and even 20% on tips is just ridiculous. I mean name me one good thing about it besides offering a platform to connect buyers and sellers. One that makes Fiverr's product better than those of competitors?

@Kesha now what I suggest is that you don't "give us answers" but remove this new feature whatsoever. Fiverr can say it's not bugged all they want - then maybe their whole Controlling department has a bug. The thing that decides about your ranking should be the rating and quality you deliver and not any of fiverr's terrible algorithms. Fiverr developed their Backend with a Fiverr order itself "$5 I will create your website in 24h" it seems like. Just a terrible company in every metric you look at it, it's flat-out bad. The only good thing is the general business case that offers a platform to connect Employers and Employees and the fact that they were early in this market. The rest is just flat-out bad.

you don't feel rejected you ARE rejected by some random action that again no one can specify and when it comes to Customer Support we just have to accept. This is ridiculous.

No they don't that's about the problem. They give copy and paste text that THIS DECISION CANT BE REVERSED. Without explaining the case.

if this goes through - besides the benefits of multiple gigs or 7 Day Clearning we could NOT PROMOTE ANY GIG since that needs Level 1 at least.

"I'm planning to travel around a bit this year as well, at some point out of the EU. I wonder if we'll need to let CS know every time we travel..." If you plan on doing that you can just sell your freedom to Fiverr for a couple of bucks - makes no difference

I won't accept this BS - get some Admins in this chat and redo this. I am really pissed of I admit. This is the third time in the last 3 months something of that magnitude happens. You either get this fixed or you have a bunch of sellers leaving for good. Because sure as hell we as Sellers are not fine with the way you act. Objectively, what you are doing is just flat-out wrong. Especially with NO LEVEL OF TRANSPARENCY. Fiverr is a billion dollar company and acting like a Startup with no structure whatsoever.

If there is alternatives for your service with similar traffic on other plattforms this works. For my gig Fiverr is #1 on google and the other ones don't have any traffic for this offering.

Doesn't matter - this randomness with BS If there would be a competitor for the low/small budget clients (Upwork has a different purpose and less traffic for smaller tasks) I would immediately leave Fiverr for good. Their support (yo can't even call it support) is the worst - and if you actually want to plan or calculate with business on the plattform it's just flat out bad. Even with the random delisting of your gig. If you get a bad review that it lowers your listing alright - but my gig has 4.9 on 60 reviews in a niche where creativity is asked for meaning OBVIOUSLY not everyone will be fine. They relisted my gig for 2.5 months without any explanation when or if it will recover. Like said I would be long gone if there is any alternative for the services that I offer.

Your account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies.

check this thread - it's longer at there seems to be Fiverr staff joining. -
Using a VPN for your privacy should not be a TOS violation whatsoever - this heavily works against the privacy interest of the sellers. Like I said one can easily check for the account owner's country location in a different way.

@ana_tomy and @Lyndsey_Fiverr Fiverr needs to redo that immediately. I for instance occasionally use a VPN for my privacy or work from a different place which even if this does hurt the TOS shouldn't be the case since you can verify the location and the account owner in a different way. I am German and I live in Germany - say I go to vaccination 2-3 times a year and work from there occasionally as well this would hurt TOS? Or like I said using a VPN with Servers in Fraknfurt Germany to protect my privacy? If Fiverr wants to check the location and registered country, checking for IP locations is about the worst thing one can do. And besides, without disrespect the mail/ticket support of FIverr is really just flat-out bad. I get no answers other than copy and paste from the FAQ which does not help me since I am contacting Support. I can understand that Fiverr probably gets 10000s of messages per day but you can integrate a GPT-based chatbot with a deeper knowledge sheet than the FAQs or whatever. But once I offer HUMAN SUPPORT my case should be solved and this is never the case. Why have support then in the first place?

I was about to become a Top Level Seller yet out of nowhere this message appeared with (as usually) no further explanation. Does anyone know what this is up to?
